Q Do you take phone orders?
A. Yes we accept phone orders by calling (866) 658-7688
Q. How do you apply the jewels?
A. By making sure your skin is clean, free from oil & lotions. Then peel jewel off of package and place jewel where desired and hold firmly for 15 to 20 seconds.
Q. Can I reuse these jewels?
A. Yes they are reusable 3 to 4 times depending on skin type and usage. You can put spirit gum eyelash glue on the back of jewel when they are not sticking anymore. Q. What kind of adhesive do you use?
A. We use a surgical grade skin adhesive non allergenic.
Q. Are your jewels waterproof?
A. Yes & No, they can be worn in shower try to keep from standing directly in hot water. Swimming pools are fine. When people have worn in a hot tub some have come off because of the heat loosing the glue so I don't recommend.
Q. How fast do you ship?
A. We process and ship same day unless it is on a holiday, then it will go out next business day.
